PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME. IF YOU ARRIVE 10 MINUTES LATE A LATE FEE OF $10 APPLIES. AFTER 15 MINUTES APPOINTMENT IS CANCELED. YOU WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF YOUR SERVICE. I ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment. Due to high volume of bookings, i have initiated a 50% cancellation fee for nail services. You will be charged HALF of your total service if you cancel with less than 24 hour notice. To avoid charges, i request that you cancel 12 hours before your scheduled appointment. No Shows will result in being banned from bookings.
